All in one day in three steps
Step 1: Clean
Power wash surfaces and joints to remove weeds, mildew, algae, dirt, old sand and debris.
Step 2: Sand
Fill the joints with sand using our sanding technique to stabilize the interlocking pavers.
Step 3: Seal
Apply sealer to lock the sand into the joints, form a protective barrier and create a beautiful enhancement.
Additional Treatments you can add to your service
EFFLO Treatment
Are you noticing a white deposit appearing on the surface of your pavers? This phenomenon is known as “efflorescence,” it consists of naturally occurring calcium salts. We can use EFFLO remover to dissolve efflorescence.
Organics Remover
We always surface wash your pavers which will remove most of the organics, but it will not remove all of them and they can come back. We can use a organic remover treatment to help slow down the process.
Stain Remover
Nobody likes stains on their pavers, if you have them we highly recommend that we use a stain removing treatment before sealing the pavers. We can not fully guarantee that the stain will be removed because that will depend on what made the stain but we do our best to get most of it off your pavers before sealing.
Labor PRICING PLAN
- we charge $2.50 per square foot for our labor. This does not included cleaners, sand and Sealers.
Material Cost
Material cost is hard to estimate without looking at the project. Everything depends on the square footage and the condition of the pavers.
Sand

How much sand you will need will depend on your pavers. sometimes we need to refill everything and sometimes just a little and sometimes nothing.
Sealer
-
sealer prices can go up or down by a little based on the shine you select. We do not Use cheap Box Store sealers.
Chemicals
-
The chemical cost will depend on how much we need to use. If you need EFFLO, Rust Remover or any other chemicals to treat your pavers.
