All initial service calls for Maintenance & Repair Services are $149, which includes travel, evaluation, and setup within the first full hour of work provided. Additional hours are billed at $125 or the rate listed below for your specific service. Certain services, as stated below, have FLAT FEES.

We can assemble all your new furniture. Most furniture these days comes in boxes with horrible instructions, but don’t worry, we are here to help. Starting at $75 per hour

We can install any ceiling fixture (fan, light, etc) for $149. Our liability insurance allows for a maximum ceiling height of up to 12ft.
An additional fee may apply for fixtures requiring assembly or electrical work.

Shelves, Pictures, Mirrors, Curtain Rods, and so many other items need to be adequately secured on your wall. We are here to make sure it’s safe. Starting at $75 per hour

$199 per 4×8 Rack. Please note that the rack has to align with your ceiling trusses to be secured correctly. Additional fee for racks that are larger or that require complex assembly.
We offer full remodeling services and will gladly give you a free estimate for your project.

We charge $2.50 per square foot for labor. That includes surface prep, sanding, and sealing your pavers. Sand and Sealer are NOT included, you pay what we pay for materials.

We charge $299 to replace a toilet. You must supply the new toilet; we will supply the wax ring and a new water supply line if required. Additional fees apply if any flange or subfloor work is required or if you need a new water valve. $75 disposal fee if you want us to take the old toilet with us.
