The following steps have to be taken to complete a painting project

If a primer is needed to cover old paint or stains, your project will need to be scheduled in two parts to allow for proper preparation. 

  • Prepping the room to protect your floors and or belongings.
  • Removing any covers, pictures, and or shelving if necessary
  • Cleaning and repairing any imperfections in the wall  
  • Applying 1-2 coats of paint.
  • Removing all of our protective materials and doing a final cleaning of our work area.

All Rates are for Labor only and do NOT include any Paint.  

Interior Walls
The average cost to paint the interior walls of a home is around $3 per square foot, but it can range from $3 to $6 per square foot, depending on the condition and labor required.

Ceilings
If you want to paint your ceilings, the cost per square foot increases to $5.50 and up to $8.50, depending on the angles of your ceiling. If your ceilings exceed 10 ft, you can expect to pay 20–40% more, plus any specific equipment we might have to rent. 

Paint
Higher-quality paints, such as those from Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore, cost more than lower-grade paints. 

Interior doors: The cost to paint an interior door can range from $129 for a simple door to $249 and up for a multi-paned French door. 

Exterior doors: The cost to paint an exterior door can range from $199 to $499+ and $299 to $599+ for a double front door.

Baseboards: It can vary depending on the size, style, and condition of the baseboards. The average cost per linear foot is around $2–$4.

Crown Molding: It can vary depending on the height, size, style, and condition of your molding. The average cost per linear foot is around $3–$6.

Single-Use Supplies: Depending on the size of your project, we charge a one-time fee between $59 and $149. This covers all the necessary supplies to finish your project professionally.

How much pAINT DO yoU need?

A 5-gallon paint bucket can cover up to 2000 square feet. For a standard 12×12 room with an average 8-foot ceilings, you will need approximately 1.5 gallons of paint. These numbers are for one coat of paint without ceilings.
